Norma Ghassemian, MA, LMFT
Psychotherapist
Norma is a dedicated and passionate licensed marriage and family therapist. Norma believes we all face life challenges and figuring it out alone can be challenging, whether it be trying to cope with certain issues or problems but when feeling unsuccessful, or don’t exactly know how to make changes. In assisting individuals, Norma provides a safe space to help navigate one’s growth in self-awareness, self-compassion, and courage.

Norma enjoys working with teenagers, adolescents, adults, and families. Norma focuses on mindfulness, the family system, and a psycho-educational approach that helps one understand oneself and how one can relate to others. She also believes individuals are the experts in their own lives and will work collaboratively with individuals through a strength-based lens to adopt hope, health, and healing. The road to healing can assist in reducing anxiety, encourage change, and self-love, and build rich and dynamic practices of self-care and inner exploration.

Norma will bring an engaged, empathic, non-judgmental attitude as she gets together with individuals. Whether it’s struggling through trauma, navigating a transitional stage of life, self-doubt, difficulty in relationships, personal growth, living with anxiety or depression, or simply trying to break out of some unhelpful patterns.
